About the position

On this assignment, you will be part of the client’s Payments & Clearing division where you will be mentoring employees in their transition from PL1 / Mainframe to C# / .Net. You need strong mentoring skills and the ability to guide very experienced Mainframe developers in learning C#.

Skills:

Experience with C# / .net and object oriented development
Strong coding skills
A good understanding of PL1 and mainframe
An analytical mindset
Knowledge of the SQL platform
Experience with both online services and batch development
Ability to create and challenge solutions

Nice to have:

The ability to transform requirements into designs
Experience in agile development
A general knowledge and understanding of Mainframe based systems
The ability to challenge your audience

Languages: Fluency in English which is the working language

Work load: 100 percent
