On this assignment, you will be part of the client’s Payments & Clearing division where you will be mentoring employees in their transition from PL1 / Mainframe to C# / .Net. You need strong mentoring skills and the ability to guide very experienced Mainframe developers in learning C#.

Skills:

• Experience with C# / .net and object oriented development
• Strong coding skills
• A good understanding of PL1 and mainframe
• An analytical mindset
• Knowledge of the SQL platform
• Experience with both online services and batch development
• Ability to create and challenge solutions

Nice to have:

• The ability to transform requirements into designs
• Experience in agile development
• A general knowledge and understanding of Mainframe based systems
• The ability to challenge your audience

Languages: Fluency in English which is the working language

Work load: 100 percent
