Freelance ITSM (e.g. ServiceNow) Consultant with ITIL and global experience

Remote work, but onsite meetings in Southern Jutland, Denmark, are expected upon prior agreement. 1 August 2021 Five months, possible extensions for three years

About the position

For our client’s DGIT transformation programme, we are looking for a freelance senior ITSM consultant, preferable with more than eight years of experience.

You will be in support for their service management stream within their DGIT transformation programme:

• Responsible for translating stream objectives into operational activities
• Guidance with respect to the implementation path, part of design and deployment
• Translate extensive experience to benefit the stream
• Support internal resources in growing in service management expertise
• Provide guidance to ensure requirements drive tool implementation when applicable (timeline)

 

Solid experience required

• IT Service Strategy
• Service management
• ITIL

 

And experience in

• the frames of ITSM tools – e.g. ServiceNow, but not a tool implementation expert
• other digital and IT service transformation programmes
• ServiceNow is preferred – but not mandatory

 

Soft skills

• Communication skills: verbally, in writing and in terms of presenting
• Capacity to interact with different types of both experts and management at all levels
• Capacity to work remotely in an international and multicultural context
• Experience from a global context and from the industry is required
• Fluency in English

 

Duration

Starting: 1 August 2021

Ending: 31-12-2021 with possible extensions throughout the next three years
