Skills are fundamental, of course. But finding the right consultant for a specific assignment is just as much about personality and context: your business and the colleagues our consultant will work with. We are experienced in assessing these factors upfront, so the candidate you meet for an interview has both the expertise you need and the qualities you are looking for.

Long before us, people at Rådhusstræde 1 worked with law, art and storytelling. Andreas Hallander built the corner house after the Copenhagen fire of 1795. On the second floor, the old rooms, wall panelling and panelled doors are still part of everyday life. Today, we meet here to discuss IT assignments and the people who will take them on.
The jurist Christian Colbjørnsen lived here from 1799 to 1807. He had been a central figure in the agrarian reforms, which included the decision in 1788 to abolish the system that tied farm labourers to their estates.
Later, the illustrator Herluf Jensenius and his family lived in the house. Among other work, he illustrated Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tales, with an eye for people’s individuality, vanity and humour.
The lawyer Hans Lauritzen’s old-fashioned office was used in the 1963 film Pigen og pressefotografen. Its interior was exactly what the film crew was looking for. His granddaughter Antonie Lauritzen writes about her grandfather and the office in Alt andet end gråt.
We enjoy working somewhere with a life of its own, surrounded by craftsmanship and with the city just outside. This is where we welcome clients and consultants, talk through assignments and get to know each other. There should be room both to explore the details and to let the conversation take an unexpected turn.
