dba consult is looking for a freelance experienced Scrum Master who will be the servant leader for two cross functional agile teams in our clients Integrated Planning Agile Release Train.

 

You will:

• Act as an agile coach for the team and help educate them in agile ways of working, ensuring that the agreed agile process is being followed, and guide them on their continuous agile maturity journey.
• Remove impediment and foster an environment for high-performance team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
• Be responsible for facilitating agile events, e.g. stand-ups, iteration planning, demos, and retrospectives, and facilitate the team breakouts in the ART events such as Inspect & Adapt and PI Planning.
• Work closely together with Product Owners on how to refine and prioritize the backlog

You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as Scrum Master.

 

Starting: ASAP
3 months with the option to extend

Full time

Onsite, Copenhagen and Remote
