About the position

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio & Transformation Manager to drive the consolidation and transformation of a large application portfolio, with a focus on governance, lifecycle management, migration and decommissioning.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

– Application Portfolio Management

– Application Lifecycle / IT Asset Management

– Technology Transformation and large-scale change programs

– Stakeholder management across business and IT

– Vendor and contract management

This is not a hands-on technical role. The focus is on governance, alignment, decision-making and execution.
