Om stillingen
dba is currently need an experienced PMO consultant with IT understanding to our client, to drive the project administrative support tasks cross the projects. This includes offering assistance on Project Accounting tasks and taking general administrative tasks in alignment with the IT PMs allocated to the Projects.
Key accountabilities
– Weekly status reports, incl. Financial reporting
– Meeting responsible, booking, take minutes etc.
– Follow-up on Vendor budget
“Must have” competencies
– A formal accounting qualification
– Analytical ability
– Interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of ServiceNow
– Proven track record for handling similar tasks successfully
– Good stakeholder management skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Excellent IT PMO skills
– IT background
Starting: ASAP
6 months with the option to extend
50 % allocation
CET time zone, Copenhagen is preffered
