Freelance Tester / Test Lead with Salesforce ADM Certification

For one of our medical devices and -services client’s project implementing SFDC, we need this freelance Tester and Test Lead with the following qualifications:

Salesforce certification (ADM)
Test certification (ISTQB or ISEB)
Experience with the whole test process, from strategy to hands-on manual testing

Responsibilities

Develop risk-based test strategy, including facilitation of PRA workshops and supporting the implementation
Defining the scope of testing within the context of each sprint
Supporting development team in test design and specification
Ensuring structured testing processes and tools
Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the test team
Day to day management of the test resources throughout the testing lifecycle and hands-on testing activities supporting the QA analysis work and development / client teams
Reporting on test result, risk-based mitigations and documentation in the test management tool used by the client, providing full transparency of test execution continuously
Test report will be provided at the end of each sprint, including traceability matrix, unit test results and deviations as well as final test summary report

Nice-to-haves / Experience

Certified user of SUT (Software Under Test) + feature areas
Experience with validation of computerized systems (GxP rules)
Experience as Test Lead in IT and life science
Having worked with risk-based test approach / building test strategies for larger IT systems
Knowledge of DOD, DOR
Knowledge of design for testability
Agile principles
Experience working closely with end users
Experience working with test management tools (Jira, HP Quality center, TFS)
