Freelance Solution Architect / Business Analyst

In this role, you will define the technical solution architecture in our insurance client’s Mainframe and TIA department – and hence look at, for example, CSP / Scalepoint and other third party vendors.
With the assigned Project Manager, you will drive this initiative, planning, designing and driving activities with support from key internal and external stakeholders.
Required experience
• Insights into TIA GDPR module and TIA BI are preferred
• BI & Datawarehouse
• GDPR – implementation
• IT operations
• Process mapping and optimisation
• Data flows
• Software development
• Project management (preferably Agile)
• Able to create technical IT documentation
• Ability to contextualise and visualise solution and a work breakdown structure in terms of input to detailed project plan
• Oversee development adherence to design and QA making sure that our client secures “deletion rules” per design in their system environments
• Ability to support and drive description of MF retention solution as well
• Strong English language skills (given interaction with TIA Tech and potentially Deloitte)
• Stakeholder management

Personal Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills meaning that the profile is able to interact with key SME’s, EA, Business IT key stakeholders, TIA Tech and other third-party vendors
• Good at establishing contact with new people and a good listener
• Initiator and finisher with an apt for fact-finding
• Proactive and very open for different point of views
