Project description

Our retail client has spent 2020 designing the foundation for starting a Privacy Program Q2 2021.

They have implemented and configured their new tool, OneTrust, to support this journey. They have also defined eight strategic areas for which they need to do more detailed planning.

They have Privacy Specialists and a Project Planner who need to be guided by a strong Scoping Programme Manager.

“Must have” competencies

• Strong structured Programme Manager for scoping a program from the foundation work already done
• GDPR knowledge for “hit the ground running” execution over two months
• Strong stakeholder management experience to secure deliveries from business specialists
• Waterfall and agile thinking to support the planning
