About the position

Freelance Digital Asset Management Project Manager – Copenhagen

Tasks

Overall responsibility for timeline, scope, business case, costs and deliverables
Setup project organization, resources and SteerCo (presented by Marketing, eCom, Cost Reset and IT)
Liaise and coordinate with the different departments (IT, eCom, Marketing, …) and suppliers
Responsibility for overall change management plan (supported by change champions from Programme NOW, IT, Marketing, eCom and suppliers)
Hold SteerCo meetings to report on overall project progress (e.g. bi-weekly)

Main responsibilities:

Project management of large and complex projects, from problem definition to implementation, including ensuring benefit realisation
Managing project scope, project plans, budget and change management, guaranteeing on-time delivery
Planning and facilitating workshops, project teams and steering committee meetings
Project presentations to different stakeholders at all levels in the organization

Qualifications:

Master degree or similar level of education
Project management certifications combined with a proven track record of projects and a solid project management toolbox
One or more PM certifications (For example: PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA…)
Expert in stakeholder management and setting clear guidance
5+ years of work experience
Experience in leading large cross functional or end-to-end projects
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, text…
A marketing background is an advantage but not a must
An IT background is an advantage
Experience from implementation of IT systems/applications is a must
Experience from working in an international environment
Experience from retail is an advantage

Language: Good English speaker with an international background

Location: Copenhagen onsite
