Freelance Project Manager to Analyse Videoconferencing/Telepresence Needs – Copenhagen

Project Description

Our client’s executive leadership team has requested a new modern videoconferencing/telepresence solution for their global office and later for other key locations. There are many options available, but an analysis of user requirements and technical integrations to our client’s existing systems must be defined before selecting a solution. They need a freelance Project Manager to run this analysis and coordinate vendor presentations of the solutions, as well as ensuring the technical and integration requirements are met.


  • Experience with vendor selection
  • Experience with implementing videoconferencing/telepresence solutions
  • Solid experience with building use cases and user requirements specifications from interviews with stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
  • Project management experience
  • IT background
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in business English
  • Good conflict management skills


Proactive, open-minded and structured


Start: 1-10-2020

Ending: 31-12-2020 with possibility of contract being prolonged

50 per cent allocation / half time
