A public client has had a major incident which was handled badly and need a consultant to:
- analyse and update / improve their existing major incident process, identifying gaps – based on best practice
- update the existing process and train staff in the updated process
- showcase how to dive into a major incident (live) – with whiteboard and stakeholder communication
Required qualifications
- Good ITIL skills
- A good understanding of major incident management
- Experience with incident management from other customers or having worked in the role of Incident Manager
Language: Danish
Assignment duration
Starting: asap
Two to three months onsite with the possibility of contract being prolonged
Location: Frederiksberg
