Freelance ITIL Service Management Consultant – Quick start

Frederiksberg Asap 2-3 months, possibility of contract being prolonged

A public client has had a major incident which was handled badly and need a consultant to:

  • analyse and update / improve their existing major incident process, identifying gaps – based on best practice
  • update the existing process and train staff in the updated process
  • showcase how to dive into a major incident (live) – with whiteboard and stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

  • Good ITIL skills
  • A good understanding of major incident management
  • Experience with incident management from other customers or having worked in the role of Incident Manager

Language: Danish

Assignment duration
Starting: asap
Two to three months onsite with the possibility of contract being prolonged
