Project description

For our retail client’s IT Consumer Technology department, we need a freelance IT Project Manager for a project concerning the technology used for one of the final steps of the product treatment in their shops. They have a physical machine for this, and the project task is:

Transitioning the current support model (client’s service desk 1st level, GVT 2nd and 3rd levels) to the new service support model in IT Operations.

And help develop and implement the solution (do PID and after act IT Project Manager on the implementation). This part is expected to run partly agile and hence SAFe experience is required.

You need

1.       Project Management experience

2.       SAFe Practitioner certification

3.       IT background

1.       Transition management experience

Retail experience preferred and is an open minded, structured and proactive approach + facilitate communication and be a team player.

Duration

November and December 2020, 50% allocation

January to October 2021: full time
