About the position

One of the tracks in our retail client’s IT 2.0 transformations is covering end user services. The track has finalised the transition activities, and focus must now be on the transformation covering:

  • SIAM:
    • Event management
    • Collaboration model set-up and vendor onboarding
    • Availability and capacity management
    • CSI (Continuous Service Improvement)
  • SCCM and Intune
  • Service improvement program

“Must have” competencies

  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • IT project management experience
  • IT background
  • Service desk knowledge/experience
  • ServiceNow project experience
  • SIAM knowledge
  • Retail experience
