Freelance IT Project Manager for MS Teams Project with MS 365 and MS Security Projects and Pharma Experience

Greater Copenhagen 3-2-2020 7 months with possibility to prolong with 3-12 months

About the position

Our pharma client is streamlining their business processes and accelerating collaboration with Microsoft Teams. The deployment will require a significant amount of adoption and change management efforts. The project needs to take into account all security and compliance requirements and will be a Bing Bang with Soft Launch deployment.

Key deliveries

• Global deployment of MS teams and new O365 services
• Implementation of security and compliance tools
• Adoption and change management

Tasks and competencies required

Tasks

• General project management (scope, time and budget)
• Stakeholder management at all levels, from team to steering committee
• Status reporting to program, steering committee and other relevant governance boards
• Budgeting and financial management
• Risk management
• Similar tasks

Competencies

• Has delivered MS Office 365 projects
• Experienced within change management / adoption
• Delivered projects within MS security and compliance tools
• Advanced level project management
• Proven track record as Project Manager
• Knowledge within life science / pharma industry
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Well-structured with strong focus on communication
• Professional level in written and verbal English
• Pro-active, positive and open mindset
• Go-getter attitude
• Great people skills
• Experience with working with people around the globe
• Understanding business needs

Location: Onsite in Greater Copenhagen

Duration
Starting: 3-2-2020
Ending: 31-8-2020
Full time with possibility of contract being prolonged with three to 12 months
