Freelance IT / Data Project Manager

About the position

Responsibilities

• Setup IT project plan, costs and deliverables
• Liaise and coordinate within IT
• Support detailed GAP analysis
• Generate data mapping, data flows to user cases / ways of working
• Generate functional description of current setup
• Coordinate data and functional descriptions / documentation
• Support a Business Project Manager in the ways of working
• Project management of large and complex projects, from problem definition to implementation, including ensuring benefit realisation
• Managing project scope, project plans, budget and change management, guaranteeing on-time delivery
• Planning and facilitating workshops, project teams and steering committee meetings
• Project presentations to different stakeholders at all levels in the organization

Qualifications

• Master degree or similar level of education
• Project management certifications combined with a proven track record of projects and a solid project management toolbox
• One or more PM certifications (For example: PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA…)
• Expert in stakeholder management and setting clear guidance
• 5+ years of work experience
• Experience in leading large cross functional or end-to-end projects
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, text…
• A marketing background is an advantage but not a must
• An IT background is an advantage
• Experience from implementation of IT systems/applications is a must
• Experience from working in an international environment
• Experience from retail is an advantage

Language: Good English speaker with an international background

Location: Copenhagen onsite
