About the position

Communication disciplines

  • Exquisite writing and editing skills; news, features, adds, key messages and one-liners
  • High level of English in speech and writing
  • Profound knowledge of and experience with digital communications platforms; Intranet, mobile platforms, social media platforms, Office 365, SharePoint online
  • Able to build and edit web sites in SharePoint (editor level)
  • Communication analytics and statistics (mainly web. mobile platforms)
  • Presentation skills, production in primarily PowerPoint
  • Coaching in comms. for team/management
  • Profound knowledge in creating strategies, plans
  • (Gamification)

Stakeholder management

  • Profound knowledge of and experience in stakeholder mapping and stakeholder management
  • Stakeholder Engagement

Change Management

  • Prosci/ADKAR Change Management certification for CM structure and roll-out
  • Knowledge of large (IT) organisations
  • Facilitator skills
  • Creating workshops (design, planning and execution)
  • Producing training material
  • Change Impact Analysis
  • Change Management strategies and plans
