About the position

Communication disciplines

Exquisite writing and editing skills; news, features, adds, key messages and one-liners
High level of English in speech and writing
Profound knowledge of and experience with digital communications platforms; Intranet, mobile platforms, social media platforms, Office 365, SharePoint online
Able to build and edit web sites in SharePoint (editor level)
Communication analytics and statistics (mainly web. mobile platforms)
Presentation skills, production in primarily PowerPoint
Coaching in comms. for team/management
Profound knowledge in creating strategies, plans
(Gamification)

Stakeholder management

Profound knowledge of and experience in stakeholder mapping and stakeholder management
Stakeholder Engagement

Change Management

Prosci/ADKAR Change Management certification for CM structure and roll-out
Knowledge of large (IT) organisations
Facilitator skills
Creating workshops (design, planning and execution)
Producing training material
Change Impact Analysis
Change Management strategies and plans
