Om stillingen
We’re seeking 3rd level supporters for application support service
• Central point of contact for technical applications, incidents and requests
• Prioritise incidents and requests
• Diagnose incidents
• Provide technical solutions where resolution is known
• Where appropriate, coordinate responses to incidents / requests with service partners (infrastructure, data management) and 3rd party vendors and ensure customer is kept up to date with progress
• Provide technical application installation and configuration
• Manage licensing related incidents for technical applications
• Coordinate application upgrades
• Capture known issues and related information to drive knowledge transfer across both Tech apps support team members and other support groups
• Create and maintain application inventories and documentation
• Coordinate within Global Tech apps team, incidents or requests requiring multi-site technical solutions.
• Provide enhancement suggestions
• Daily/weekly checkpoints with customers and other vendors
