You need

Experience from the pharma industry

Required skills

BI-tools

ITSM

Agile/Scrum

Knowledge of:

• knowledge management (KCS)
• operational excellence
• BI
• Onsite support in a global organisation
• Sourcing of external/internal service desk and IT support
• Globalisation of processes

Experience with Agile/Scrum

Duration
Starting: as soon as possible
Ending: 30-9-2020

Location: Onsite in Greater Copenhagen (north), Denmark
